A regional healthcare provider in Winchester is seeking an Administration professional to support the Integrated Single Point of Access (ISPA). The role entails providing excellent telephone support to patients and nurses, addressing email referrals, and ensuring quality patient care. Ideal candidates will possess strong communication skills, adaptability, and a patient-focused mindset. Previous experience in administration or knowledge of community health is advantageous but not mandatory, as full training will be provided.

An exciting job opportunity has arisen in our Administration department for the Integrated Single Point of Access (ISPA) We work in conjunction with community nurses and occupational therapists who deliver patient care to Winchester, Andover, Alton and Basingstoke districts. Known as the Mid & North Hampshire patch.
We are searching for someone who is patient focused, striving to give every patient who they interact with in the service to the right care. Providing excellent telephone manner to both Patients and Nurses and the ability to address and answer email referrals professionally.
This is the perfect post for anyone who has previous experience within an administration role or knowledge of community health and social care. However, it is not essential as full training is provided. We are looking for someone who is a great team player but can also work independently, with great communication skills and the ability to be flexible, adapt and prioritise to ensure quality care is fully focused on.
