A leading healthcare provider in Stoke-on-Trent is seeking a motivated IQIPs Programme Manager in Audiology. This role involves supporting the IQIPs accreditation process in Adult and Paediatric Audiology Services. The successful candidate will manage document control, provide evidence for compliance with standards, and perform thorough analyses for quality system improvements. The IQIPs Programme Manager in Audiology post requires a motivated individual with enthusiasm for service improvement and quality assurance. The postholder will use their skills and expertise in project management to support the attainment and maintenance of IQIPs accreditation in the Adult and Paediatric Audiology Services at UHNM.
Meticulous attention to detail is essential to this role as the post holder will be responsible for document control procedure, monitoring readership and evaluating processes, old and new.
