Job summary

A leading financial services firm is seeking a Group Sales Trainer to design and implement innovative training for their sales teams. This role focuses on identifying training needs and delivering effective learning interventions to help employees thrive in a dynamic environment. The position is initially fixed-term for 3 months with potential for permanency and follows a hybrid work model with a mix of office and remote work in Bolton, UK.

Qualifications

K3 Capital Group have continued our growth and expansion over 2025, taking us to more than 1,100 colleagues in the UK and Overseas. Due to this success and growth agenda, we are now looking for an additional Group Sales Trainer, initially on a fixed term contract basis for 3 months (although there is the possibility of this being a permanent role).

You will have the unique opportunity to identify and implement innovative ways for our people to learn and improve! You will work closely with our award-winning Sales Teams, Group wide Managers and HR Team, to ensure we are ahead of the game in terms of developing talent so that they thrive.

You will be responsible for building crucial learning for the Sales Division and across the Group including the development, implementation, execution and coordination of all learning and development.

This role is aligned to our hybrid workstyle, with a typical working pattern of 3 days in our Bolton HQ, 1 day in another K3 UK office and 1 day working from home.

Job Description
  • Analyse the development needs of the sales team collaborating with Sales Managers.
  • Design and implement needs-based training and coaching Group wide.
  • Implement individual development measures, including coaching.
  • Design and deliver inspiring Corporate and Local Onboarding.
  • Regularly monitor the success and reporting to improve the high-quality standards.
  • Design and deliver Sales Academies д Management Training, Soft Skills Development and Early Career Talent Programmes across the Group.
  • Regularly align within the Sales team and HR Team on strategy, planning and priorities.
  • This role has a matrix reporting line to the Chief People Officer and Sales Director.
Skills and Experience
  • Relevant experience in a dynamic sales environment creating and delivering group and individual training and learning interventions.
  • Confidence as well as very good communication, presentation and moderation skills.
  • Clear understanding of the development and achievement of a learning culture.
  • Knowledge of the use of blended / e-learning. Comfortable working autonomously and as part of a team.
  • A working knowledge’eb all Microsoft applications including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
