Intelligence Manager role based in Bristol with hybrid working

As a Global Intelligence Manager, you will support strategic decision making by delivering data driven insights that enable growth and performance. Working closely with cross functional teams, you will identify trends, analyse behaviour, and develop a deep understanding of customer needs to inform business development, marketing, product strategy, and PR activity.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with strong Excel expertise, proven experience analysing complex data, and the ability to translate insight into action using Power BI. You will partner with senior stakeholders, clearly communicating findings and influencing key decisions. A role you will love

This role reports to the Senior Intelligence Manager and works as part of a global intelligence team. You will be responsible for delivering high quality insights that deepen understanding of customers, markets, and competitors, helping to inform business strategy and decision making.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing multiple end to end projects within a global team, working across time zones with a primary focus on the UK
  • Partnering with cross functional teams to design, manage, and distribute client, end user, and staff satisfaction surveys, delivering meaningful feedback and KPIs
  • Communicating insights clearly and effectively to senior stakeholders across the business
  • Designing and implementing robust research and data collection processes to ensure consistency and data quality
  • Analysing large volumes of quantitative and qualitative data in Excel to identify trends and opportunities
  • Developing and maintaining dashboards and reports in Excel and Power BI to track global satisfaction and survey metrics
  • Producing a weekly internal intelligence newsletter and supporting ad hoc market and competitor research through desk based analysis

What will you bring to the role?

As our Global Intelligence Manager, you'll need a strong foundation of experience and skills to succeed. We're looking for someone who can:

  • Utilise expertise in data analytics and reporting to turn raw data into actionable intelligence
  • Think critically and successfully manage and analyse complex data in Excel to identify trends and opportunities
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, both verbally and in writing including working with Senior level executives and relationship management teams
  • Manage, update and develop online dashboards
  • Leverage their educational background and significant experience in primary / consumer or market research and/or data analysis to uncover valuable insights
  • Manage multiple projects efficiently and effectively, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables are high quality
  • Demonstrate an understanding of online research methodologies
