Are you a seasoned Claims Handler based in or near East Grinstead and looking for a role where you can immediately make an impact? What You'll Be Doing

• Manage your own caseload of motor, liability, and property‑related claims from cradle to grave.
• Proactively communicate with clients, insurers, claimants, and other relevant parties.
• Independently assess and manage complex claims, utilizing your extensive knowledge and experience.
• Identify and manage potential conflicts of interest, adhering to strict regulatory guidelines.
• Contribute to the team’s success, sharing your expertise and best practices.

What We’re Looking For

• Demonstrable success in handling a diverse portfolio of motor, liability, and property‑related claims.
• A deep understanding of general insurance principles, practices, and regulations.
• A proactive and independent professional who can manage a caseload efficiently and effectively with minimal supervision.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively liaise with all stakeholders.
• IT literate and comfortable with case management systems.
• Results‑oriented with a strong work ethic and excellent time management skills.
• Previous experience working within a broker environment and/or with Acturis is preferred but not essential.
