Qualifications

  • Candidate should have a minimum of 5 GCSEs at grades A* – C.
  • Good level of IT and Microsoft Office proficiency, especially in Excel.

Responsibilities

  • Keep departmental policies and administrative processes up-to-date and accurate.
  • Assist in the preparation and presentation of various documents.
  • Manage document logs and spreadsheets.
  • Provide both ad-hoc and ongoing project administration support.
  • Undertake other general administrative duties as directed by management.
  • Support Supplier management processes.
  • Perform Due Diligence checks on customers and suppliers.
