Job summary
A leading ATM provider in the UK is seeking an Information Assurance Administrator to support audit processes and ensure compliance with standards. This permanent, full-time role offers a variety of responsibilities, including managing documents and assisting in supplier management processes. The ideal candidate will have a background in information security, strong attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. The position offers hybrid working options and excellent benefits, including extensive annual leave and career progression opportunities.
Qualifications
Candidate should have a minimum of 5 GCSEs at grades A* – C.
Good level of IT and Microsoft Office proficiency, especially in Excel.
Responsibilities
Keep departmental policies and administrative processes up-to-date and accurate.
Assist in the preparation and presentation of various documents.
Manage document logs and spreadsheets.
Provide both ad-hoc and ongoing project administration support.
Undertake other general administrative duties as directed by management.
Support Supplier management processes.
Perform Due Diligence checks on customers and suppliers.
