Role Overview

As an Inbound Sales Specialist, you’ll be the first point of contact for landlords enquiring about our guaranteed rent offer. You’ll own the sales journey—from qualifying and educating inbound leads, through conducting light market research, crafting compelling offers, presenting proposals, and closing deals. You’ll manage all interactions via ourHubSpot CRM, ensuring a smooth and consistent deal flow.

Key Responsibilities

Respond to inbound leadsacross multiple channels (web, email, phone) in a timely and professional manner.

Qualify and educate landlordson our guaranteed rent model and its benefits.

Conduct market researchto assess property viability and local demand.

Create tailored rental proposals, using our internal frameworks and tools.

Present and pitch offerswith clarity and confidence, primarily via phone or video calls.

Negotiate and close deals, ensuring all contractual and onboarding steps are completed smoothly.

Track all activity in HubSpot CRM, maintaining up-to-date records, deal stages, and notes.

Work closely with operations, legal, and property management teams to ensure successful handover post-close.

Deliver monthly sales targets, with a focus on conversion rate, deal value, and speed-to-close.

What We’re Looking For

Proven experience ininbound sales, property sales, or lettings (B2C or B2B).

Excellentphone and presentation skills—you’re confident, clear, and persuasive.

Strongresearch and analytical abilitiesto evaluate property market demand and viability.

Highly organised withCRM experience, ideally HubSpot.

Self-motivated, with a track record ofclosing dealsand meeting targets.

Understanding of the UK property market is aplus, but not essential.
