  • Job Title: Hygiene and Cleaning Operator
  • Location: Castle Cary
  • Rate of Pay: £13.06 per hour (time & half paid for overtime and double time paid for Sundays)
  • Working hours: Monday - Friday 6:00am-14:00pm (overtime available)
  • Job type: Temporary (Opportunity to go perm)

HRGO Recruitment are looking for a skilled and dedicated Hygiene and Cleaning Operator to join our client's pet care factory in Castle Cary.

As a Hygiene and Cleaning operator, you will be responsible for maintaining excellent hygiene status for the factory all whilst ensuring the highest safety and quality standards are maintained.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain excellent hygiene status of the factory and address & escalate any issues
  • Support peers in achieving highest Safety, Quality and Efficiency standards throughout the factory
  • Be responsible for the achievement of the factory MSS (Master Sanitation Schedule) and compliance to the newest Sanitation Standard
  • Ensure cleaning regimes are upheld and fulfilled to the highest standard
  • Validation of the bi-weekly sanitation and daily cleaning audits
  • Actively participate in Operational processes that support the improvement of our business performance
  • Communicative Written and Spoken English
  • Experience in a similar role - you could have worked as a part of a hygiene team in food manufacturing
  • identifying and delivering continuous improvement projects within the hygiene department.
