A fast-growing SaaS company in London is seeking a Mid-Market Account Executive to manage the full 360 sales cycle for organisations with 500–1,750 employees. This role requires consultative sales skills, experience with MEDDPICC methodology, and the ability to build business cases for HR and leadership teams. Qualifications

  • 2–4 years’ experience in SaaS, HR Tech, or consultative B2B sales.
  • Proven success managing full-cycle deals (£10k–£100k+ ACV).
  • Confident presenting to HR Directors and CFOs.

Responsibilities

  • Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, qualifying, and closing.
  • Apply MEDDPICC to qualify opportunities and influence decision-making.
  • Build tailored business cases and ROI-led proposals.
