Qualifications

• Registered as a Pharmacy Technician with the General Pharmaceutical Council.
• Experience working in pharmacy within an acute hospital.
• Broad knowledge of EPMA new technologies and application in healthcare.

Responsibilities

• Support the Clinical Pharmacist EPMA Lead in delivering Clinical Informatics.
• Management of Pharmacy IT Systems including CMM EPMA and PSC.
• Ensure pharmacy data quality is maintained at a high level.

Skills

Experience working in pharmacy within an acute hospital

Understanding of clinical risk management

Experience of using clinical information systems

Broad knowledge of EPMA new technologies

Project Management

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Good analytical and problem-solving skills

Education

Registered as a Pharmacy Technician with the General Pharmaceutical Council

BTEC in Pharmaceutical Science or equivalent

Educated to diploma level in an IT related subject
