Qualifications

  • 2 or more years of experience in an IT support role.
  • Good understanding of IT systems, networking fundamentals, and troubleshooting techniques.
  • Experience troubleshooting computer hardware (SSD, RAM, screen repair/replacement).

Responsibilities

  • Act as first point of contact for technical support queries.
  • Balance multiple technical issues effectively.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical problems, escalating when necessary.
