Qualifications

• Experience in 2nd line support using ManageEngine ServiceDesk.
• Knowledge of managing backups, anti-virus, and server security.
• Ability to provide user support across Windows 10/11, iOS, and Android.

Responsibilities

• Manage backups, anti-virus, and server security.
• Assist with DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, and virtualisation platforms.
• Participate in the on-call rota (1 in 4 weeks, 24/7 cover).

Skills

Strong experience with Windows operating systems and AD

Familiarity with DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, and hybrid AD environments

Experience supporting Microsoft 365 platforms

Proactive approach to IT security and problem solving
