Qualifications

• Strong understanding of cost management activities including monthly reporting.
• Ability to work effectively in embedded delivery teams.
• Collaborative approach to contract administration.

Responsibilities

• Join CPC’s Transport and Infrastructure Division to drive cost and contract management.
• Support and training towards gaining MRICS or equivalent qualifications.
• Engage in structured development objectives and mentor programs.

Skills

Experience of working in a Quantity Surveying/ Commercial Management Team

Experience of working Pre/ Post contract

Experience supporting cost management activities

Awareness of the tendering and procurement process

Ability to work to tight deadlines

Strong understanding of Microsoft Office

Education

Studying towards professional qualification (eg. RICS, CIPS, ICES)
