Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Process supplier invoices and credit notes timely.
  • Match invoices with purchase orders.
  • Prepare payment runs in compliance with policies.
  • Respond to supplier queries and resolve discrepancies.
  • Reconcile and verify supplier statements.
  • Process employee expenses per company policy.
  • Handle intercompany rebills and credit card reconciliation.
  • Assist with external audit queries.
