Inspire Wellbeing is seeking a HR Recruitment Executive to support the full recruitment lifecycle.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a values‑driven organisation and play a key role in attracting, engaging and onboarding talent across Inspire.

About the Role

As our HR Recruitment Executive, you will provide high‑quality administrative and coordination support across all stages of the recruitment process, from advertising vacancies to onboarding new hires. This is a busy, varied role requiring strong organisation, accuracy, initiative and excellent communication.

You will be a key point of contact for hiring managers, candidates and internal stakeholders, ensuring our recruitment activity is efficient, compliant and reflective of Inspire’s values.

Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Selection
  • Coordinate end‑to‑end recruitment processes, ensuring campaigns comply with Inspire policies, legislation and codes of practice.
  • Act as the first point of contact for recruitment queries, offering advice and guidance.
  • Advertise roles, schedule and support interviews, and assist in shortlisting where required.
  • Prepare recruitment packs, manage job files and maintain accurate records.
  • Assist with vetting procedures and issuance of offers and contractual documentation.
  • Attend recruitment open days and careers fairs, representing Inspire.
Onboarding & Employee Experience
  • Ensure timely support for new starters, helping deliver a positive onboarding experience.
  • Support employee engagement and wellbeing initiatives.
  • Conduct exit interviews and assist in retention data analysis to drive organisational improvements.
  • Review and update processes, policies and forms to ensure accuracy and accessibility.
  • Work collaboratively across departments to identify efficiencies and improve service delivery.
  • Participate in operational planning and support organisational strategy.
What We’re Looking For
  • At least 12 months’ administrative experience in Recruitment or HR.
Knowledge & Skills
  • Experience using an Applicant Tracking System, online recruitment platforms or HR information system.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
  • Strong organisational and time‑management skills with excellent attention to detail.
Circumstances
  • Flexibility to work across various locations as required.
  • Full current driving licence and access to a car (business insurance required).
