This is a unique opportunity to modernise how we manage HR data, processes, and systems across a growing Multi Academy Trust – and beyond.You will work closely with our HR along with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to ensure our HR Information Systems meets the needs of our growing organisation. Beyond implementation, you will be the go-to expert for system improvements, reporting, and data governance, ensuring our processes are efficient, compliant, and user-friendly.Excitingly, you will also work across both trusts (which will use the same HRIS) to align systems, processes, and data, supporting future integration and merger initiatives. This is a chance to influence HR practices at scale, supporting multiple academies and helping shape the future of our organisation.**About you**We’re looking for an experienced HR professional with a passion for improving HR processes and driving digital transformation.
