Job summary

A leading veterinary group in the UK is seeking an experienced HRBP to lead their HR Advisors on a 12-month fixed-term basis. This role offers flexible working hours and is based on a hybrid model in York. The ideal candidate should have a CIPD qualification and experience in providing Employee Relations support. • Experience in providing first line advice to managers on Employee Relations issues.
• Strong influencing skills and relationship management experience.

• Coach HR Advisors in handling operational HR queries.
• Review and update HR policies for compliance.
