Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 A' levels or equivalent, combination of education and experience.

  • Previous HR experience is essential across various disciplines.

Job description
As our People function continues to grow, we’re looking for an HR Coordinator to play a key role in supporting our organisation. This is a fantastic opportunity for an HR professional ready to develop their career in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
This role can be based out of any of our Regional offices, Birmingham, Manchester, Stockton-on-Tees, Yorkshire.

What you’ll be doing

  • Supporting the provision of HR dashboards, monitoring of HR metrics and analysis of trends by maintaining accurate data.
  • Continually review HR processes and operational services sharing innovative solutions and identifying efficient and effective processes and procedures that can be implemented.
  • Monitoring the performance management process to ensure managers are completing appraisals and probation reviews.
  • Maintaining employees’ files to ensure they remain up to date, adhering to legal requirements and ensuring the confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Managing all HR Day to day operations and be accountable for ensuring the accurate and consistent delivery of key transactional activities including sickness, absence, issuing of employee contracts, staff changes, onboarding of new starters & processing of leavers.
  • Assists with employee engagement, employee relations and diversity and inclusion initiatives.
  • Supporting the onboarding process for new hires to ensure a smooth transition.

About You

  • Have a minimum of 2 A’ levels or equivalent, combination of education and experience.
  • Qualified to CIPD Level 3 in People Practice, or actively working towards completion.
  • Previous HR experience is essential. Preferably across a variety of disciplines.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication ability (both written and verbal) with service-oriented mind-set and appropriate to audience.
  • Exercise sound judgment; retain the highest degree of confidentiality; demonstrate a sense of urgency while delivering superior execution and results.
  • A valid UK Driving Licence as regular travel to our Regional offices is required
