This is a brilliant opportunity for an experienced HR Business Partner to join this high-performing HR
team, where you’ll be partnering with your designated area in North England and North Wales. You
will be supporting senior leaders across a geographically dispersed, customer-facing organisation,
and be a trusted advisor and coach to your stakeholders, helping to shape and deliver people
strategies that drive business growth, build capability, and enhance colleague engagement.
About The Opportunity:
- Partner with senior leaders to develop and implement impactful HR initiatives that align with
business objectives.
- Drive talent management, succession planning, and leadership development strategies.
- Champion employee engagement and lead on organisational change projects including
restructures and TUPE processes.
- Provide expert coaching and challenge to leaders, building their people management
capability.
- Collaborate with Centres of Excellence and Shared Services to deliver first-class HR solutions.
About You:
- Proven HRBP experience in a multi-site, customer-centric environment is essential.
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to influence senior stakeholders.
- A commercial mindset with the drive and ability to roll up your sleeves when required to get
things done
- Experienced in driving change and shaping people strategies that support transformation
and growth.
- Knowledge of employment law and strong employee relations capability.
- Personally resilient, adaptable, and confident managing ambiguity.
- Full driving licence with the ability to travel in the designated region of North England and
