We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced HR Advisor to join our dynamic HR team for a 12-month fixed-term contract. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in supporting our workforce and enhancing our employee experience during a pivotal time for our organisation.

As a Senior HR Advisor, you will be responsible for providing expert HR guidance and support to managers and employees across the business. You will lead on a range of HR initiatives, including talent management, employee relations, performance management, and organisational development. Your role will be crucial in fostering a positive workplace culture and ensuring that our HR practices align with our business objectives.

Key responsibilities will include:
  • Advising line managers on HR policies and procedures, ensuring best practices are followed.
  • Managing complex employee relations cases, including disciplinary and grievance processes.
  • Supporting the development and delivery of training and development programmes.
  • Assisting in the recruitment and selection process, ensuring a smooth candidate experience.
  • Collaborating with the HR team to implement engagement initiatives that enhance employee morale and retention.
  • Providing insights and recommendations to improve HR metrics and overall employee satisfaction.
Skills / Experience:
  • The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in HR, with a thorough understanding of employment law and best practices. You should be a confident communicator, able to build relationships at all levels of the organisation.
  • Experience within the private sector is essential and experience within manufacturing is desirable.
  • Must be able to work on‑site 5 days per week.
  • Proven experience in a HR Advisory or Senior HR Advisory role is essential.
Hours of Work

Monday - Friday 39 hours per week. Flexible start and finish time with early finish on a Friday.
