A leading UK omnichannel car retailer is seeking a Stock Control Administrator to oversee order management and audits. The successful candidate will manage supplier communications, ensuring accurate records and prompt processing. Strong organisational and problem-solving skills are essential for this role. The Role: HQ Stock Control Administrator
Salary: £23,887.50 per annum.
Location: Champion House - Derby.
Contract Type: Permanent
Hours: 37.5 hours per week (Monday - Friday).

What will you be getting up to?
As a Stock Control Administrator, you will play a key role to support the efficient delivery of operational, inventory, and supplier-related activities. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing orders, case administration, audits, and supplier communications, while ensuring accurate records and timely processing across multiple systems.
Key Responsibilities:
The role will be responsible for managing order and case administration activities, including processing invoices and orders, handling pre and post collection cases, consignments and coordinating collections with delivery companies. Responsibilities also include managing back-order items and customer-possession item requests, logging all vehicle book packs items and coordinating post to sites. Monitoring central requests, monthly reporting, and handling related calls will be essential to the role.
Inventory & Audit Control:
These include conducting key audits, part audits, and SD card audits, managing an exception report, scanning documents and maintaining accurate and up-to-date records. The role will ensure discrepancies are investigated, resolved, and reported in line with company standards.
Supplier Management:
The role also supports procurement and supplier management activities, including ordering missing items, as well as sourcing cost-effective replacement parts. Regular supplier contact is required to resolve issues, obtain updates, and prepare supplier reports.
Performance and Feedback: Support the department in meeting customer service (Net Promoter Score - NPS) targets.
Collaboration: The role will also involve supporting broader Supply Chain operations to ensure efficient coordination and high standards of customer service.
Flexibility and Support: Be prepared to assist with additional tasks and responsibilities within the department as required, demonstrating flexibility and the ability to support other functions when needed.
