Housing Support Worker - Hull

Based in Hull

We are looking for a Housing Support Worker with experience supporting individuals in a supported housing environment. This role involves supporting people who have experienced poor mental health to enable them to move into their own homes.

Responsibilities:

  • Support individuals in our houses who have experienced poor mental health.
  • Assist and encourage clients to develop skills and confidence for independent living.
  • Contribute positively to a team environment and communicate and organise effectively.

Qualifications / Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Full current UK driving licence and access to personal transport.
  • Ability to travel in and around Hull and respond quickly to situations.
