The Role of Housekeeping Team Leader

The Housekeeping Team Leader will be responsible for being both pro‑active and reactive in ensuring that all public areas and guest bedrooms are clean and welcoming at all times.

The Housekeeping Team Leader will be responsible for supporting the Hotel Manager and leading the team to ensure that all standards are maintained, colleagues are trained and working safely at all times. Fantastic organisation, communication, problem solving and being adaptable are attributes required in the role.

An eye for detail and for delivering memorable guest experiences for our guests make this a lovely role for someone who wants to make an impact on our guests.

The Housekeeping Team Leader will use Rez Control to monitor room sales and requests to allocate job lists, keep accurate and up to date records of training and all statutory jobs as required. The role is a hands‑on role for someone who can lead a team to strive for excellence.

The role of Housekeeping Team Leader will report to the Hotel Manager and is ideal for someone who has strong demonstratable experience in housekeeping. It is a perfect opportunity for someone who would like to take the next step in their career.

Experience & Qualifications

  • Strong communication and problem‑solving abilities.
