A healthcare provider in the UK is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to ensure a clean and safe environment for patients at their facility. The role involves daily cleaning, food preparation, and compliance with health regulations. Candidates should have basic cleaning skills and good communication abilities. Training for food hygiene can be provided. This full-time position includes varied shifts, including weekends, and offers opportunities for professional growth within the organization.
We are looking for Housekeeper to join our team at the Marlborough House RSU in Milton Keynes to provide a safe and clean environment for patients and staff across our inpatient and non-ward areas. The role involves housekeeping duties as well as preparing and serving cook/chill meals for patients.
Marlborough House MK is a mental health facility providing inpatient and community care in a modern and welcoming environment. The centre incorporates four inpatient wards, day hospital facilities, and a range of outpatient treatment and therapies.
This is a full time role where you'll be working a shift pattern of 8.00am -16.00pm and 10.00am-18.00pm to include every other weekend. Shift Pattern can be discussed in interview.
We're looking for team players who are flexible and reliable, with good interpersonal and communication skills. You'll be a key part of improving our patient experience by providing a high-quality housekeeping service ensuring a clean and safe environment for all. You'll also be carrying out terminal and enhanced cleaning.
Ideally, you'll have a Level 2 Food Hygiene Qualification however we can provide training required for all aspects of this role so please do consider applying, even if you don't have a lot of experience in this area.
