A healthcare provider in Gateshead is looking for a Service Administrator to support their Hospice at Home team. The post holder will be responsible for directly supporting the Hospice at Home team in Gateshead with the administration and co-ordination of services and schedules.
They will provide vital administrative support to the team which provides domiciliary care to patients at the end of life who wish to be cared for at home.
The post holder will also work alongside the End of Life care facilitator to support with the administration required for Palliative and End of Life care education across the trust.
