Management – Cherrybrook Care Home

Contract: Full Time

Salary: Up to £85,000 DOE + up to 40% annual bonus Per Annum

Our stunning120-bedded facility, split between 2 units, specialises in complex mental health – Dementia & challenging behaviours.

Up to £85,000 per annum (DOE) + 40% Bonus + Private Medical + Pension

Cherrybrook Care Home is a large, dual-site complex care service in Bradford 126 beds across two adjoining buildings (92 beds over three floors and a smaller 28‑bed unit). Designed for adults living with complex mental health needs and dementia, Cherrybrook offers an exciting opportunity for an experienced Home Manager to shape the next phase of its journey.
With one floor currently open and around 15 residents in place, the service is ready for expansion and we’re seeking a strong, hands‑on leader who can turn potential into performance.

About the role:
As Home Manager, you’ll have full operational and commercial responsibility for both Cherrybrook sites. Your mission will be to stabilise the service, drive quality improvement, and grow occupancy sustainably while maintaining outstanding care standards.
You’ll work closely with our Regional Director, CRM, and Quality Team to deliver a clear turnaround and growth plan improving compliance, building local reputation, and creating a motivated, high-performing team.

About you:
Proven experience as a Home Manager (minimum 3 years) in a large, complex, or multi-site care service.

RGN, RMN, or RNLD qualification (preferred) and Level 5 Leadership qualification.

Strong background in complex care, mental health, or dementia services.

Evidence of delivering CQC improvement and strong governance outcomes.

Commercially astute with a track record of increasing occupancy and managing budgets.

A visible, compassionate leader who inspires stability and growth.

Your leadership style is open, collaborative, and rooted in dignity, trust, and continual learning.
