Role Purpose
- To be responsible for carrying out desktop inspections across all measures. This role operates across all brands.
- To contribute to the effective monitoring of installers/members through the assessment of quality of installations.
- To build data and knowledge to provide enhanced consumer protection.
Principal Accountabilities
- To be responsible for ensuring adherence to organisational policies and procedures in the discharging of principal accountabilities and functions.
- To follow procedures and process documentation is respect of the inspection regime.
- To deliver inspection reviews from evidence submitted via Reg Hub.
- To liaise directly with installers to obtain the correct inspection evidence.
- To coordinate external inspections.
- To maintain a dashboard of inspection results from multiple sources.
- To evolve the inspection regimemaking suggestions to the Management Team.
- To highlight key risks per measure and suggest ways of improving standards.
- To ensure the Inspections element of Enhanced Monitoring is delivered with no non-compliant installers.
- To act as the Subject Matter Expert for any projects associated with Inspections or the Inspections framework.
- To conduct on-site inspections in the local area (as required)
- To build own knowledge and formal qualifications relevant to the role.
- To establish and maintain positive relationships with colleagues, customers, members, visitors, and other individuals visiting or working in the business
- To represent the company as an honest, knowledgeable, and conscientious ambassador
- To undertake any other duties to meet personal, team and organisational objectives following consultation.
