Job description

Hearing Advisory Service works to improve the health and well‑being for people affected by hearing loss. We support NHS audiology with hearing aid servicing running clinics across the county.

Summary

We run clinics across Hertfordshire to service and maintain NHS hearing aids. We are looking for volunteers to help in the clinics with the servicing.

Detailed description

As a hearing aider you will receive full training and ongoing support on hearing aid servicing and maintenance. You will meet our service users, re‑tube their hearing aids and distribute batteries. A good degree of dexterity is required. Expenses will be reimbursed, and we will arrange a full DBS check.

We operate from various locations across Hertfordshire - All listed on our website.
