A leading healthcare provider in Hook is looking for a full-time Healthcare Assistant to join their compassionate team. In this role, you will provide essential support to patients, assisting with personal care, monitoring wellbeing, and implementing care plans. Ideal candidates will demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills, empathy, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. The position includes a mix of day and night shifts along with additional benefits such as training and development opportunities.
Priory Hospital Mildmay Oaks is looking to recruit a Healthcare Assistant to join their team. This is a full time role.
Pay rate: £25,810 per annum This role includes a mix of day and night shifts - Day Shifts: 7:30 am - 8:00 pmSet in a semi‑rural location in Hook, Hampshire, surrounded by oak trees, Priory Hospital Mildmay Oaks supports the NHS by providing low secure services and specialist learning disability and autism spectrum support for both male and female patients. We also offer adult and child and adolescent mental health services (CAMHS) across our single‑person, bespoke therapeutic placements (BTPs).
You will be part of a compassionate team who are committed to our patients' wellbeing. We take a personalised approach, using proven therapies to help people move forward with confidence and build a healthier, more fulfilling future. As a Healthcare Assistant, you will play a key part in their recovery, assisting qualified staff with the assessment and implementation of individual patient care plans, undertaking routine tasks and activities as directed or delegated to facilitate wellbeing, dignity and treatment of patients.
