A UK construction and property services company is seeking a Health, Safety & Wellbeing (HSW) Director to develop and lead health, safety, and wellbeing strategies. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in driving improvement and engagement across all levels of the organization, with people-centered leadership skills and strong stakeholder management abilities. We're looking for a Health, Safety & Wellbeing (HSW) Director to join our Kier Group – Business Division Leadership team based Nationwide.
Location: Nationwide – remote working available, with occasional travel to offices required.
Hours: 37.5 hours per week – some flexibility on hours available if desired, just let us know when you speak to us.

As a Health, Safety & Wellbeing Director, you'll be working within the Business Division Leadership Team, supporting them in developing and delivering a positive, high‑performing safety, health and wellbeing culture across the organisation.
