Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in the UK healthcare sector, ideally within woundcare, ostomy, or continence.
• Demonstrated success in sales and marketing, P&L management, and delivering financial growth.
• Skilled in business planning, market development, and team leadership.
• Commercially astute, customer-focused, and highly motivated.
• Exceptional communication, influencing, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams with empathy, clarity, and strategic vision.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute commercial strategies to drive sustainable revenue growth and expand our WOC portfolio.
• Lead, empower, and nurture a diverse team across sales, marketing, nursing, and business support.
• Build and strengthen relationships with national and international stakeholders.
• Collaborate closely with regional and global B. Braun teams.
• Own P&L performance and promote cross-functional collaboration.
• Contribute to the achievement of wider UK strategic objectives.
