What will your role involve?

We are seeking an experienced and driven Head of Sales to meet immediate sales targets by driving transactions and closing deals for RazorSecure’s rail cybersecurity solutions on a one-year fixed term contract. The successful candidate will work with our Business Development team to develop and implement tactical sales strategies and processes to maximize deal closures across the UK and international rail markets.

Your responsibilities will include:
  • Own and deliver the company’s sales targets for cybersecurity solutions in the rail sector.
  • Qualify, and close complex sales opportunities with rail operators, OEMs, and system integrators.
  • Manage the sales pipeline and forecast short-term revenue.
  • Oversee CRM usage and sales performance analysis.
  • Manage contract negotiation and closure.
  • Represent RazorSecure at key industry events and client meetings.
  • Report on pipeline, forecasts, and key metrics to senior leadership.
Skills required:
  • Proven success in closing enterprise or infrastructure deals (ideally within cyber, rail, transport, and/or critical infrastructure).
  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity, OT security, or complex B2B technology sales.
  • Solid experience either working in a rolling stock OEMs, or selling to/managing accounts with OEMs.
  • Experience managing long sales cycles with multiple stakeholders.
  • Collaborative leadership style with the ability to work closely key internal stakeholders
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills at senior levels.
