Qualifications

• Solid experience in commercial underwriting and product within the property and casualty industry.
• Previous Commercial Insurance experience with deep knowledge of product and underwriting coverage.
• Strong relationship building skills with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical product development team and develop appropriate underwriting appetite.
• Negotiate with stakeholders on priorities and execute within agreed timescales.
• Ensure customer-centric and accurate coverage configurations.
• Consult on emerging issues and support product development.
