What We're Looking For
  • Proven experience in a senior health and safety leadership role, ideally in a multi‑site or complex operational environment.
  • In-depth knowledge of UK health and safety legislation and best practice.
  • A track record of driving cultural change, continuous improvement, and operational excellence.
  • NEBOSH Diploma (or equivalent) essential; further qualifications (NVQ Level 5/6, IOSH Trainer, IIRSM membership) are a plus.
  • Outstanding communication, influencing, and stakeholder engagement skills.
