Qualifications

• Experience preparing reports for senior management or boards.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation of the Financial Risk framework.
• Monitor and report on financial risk exposures and controls.
• Deputise for the Head of ERM to relevant regulatory bodies.

Skills

Capital modelling experience

Internal model validation experience

Excellent report writing skills

Strong communication skills

Knowledge of Solvency II

Understanding of Lloyd’s and Bank of England requirements

Education

Quantitative university degree

Qualified actuary (FIA) or equivalent
