Job summary

A leading IT services provider in the UK is seeking a Business Systems Delivery Director to lead the design and operational delivery of business systems including Finance ERP, HR, and CRM. This mid-senior role involves managing a team of professionals while ensuring system solutions align with business objectives. Qualifications

• Understanding of ERP, CRM, and other business applications, especially Microsoft Dynamics and Workday.
• Experience working with 3rd party development and application support teams.
• Ability to oversee seamless data flow between different business systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement frameworks for managing changes to business systems.
• Define and oversee system architecture, ensuring solutions are scalable and secure.
• Work with stakeholders to identify, document, and analyse system change requirements.
• Lead rigorous testing and validation processes to confirm system changes meet benchmarks.
• Provide L2/L3 support for Business Applications.
