The Role

As a Handyman you will support the Property Care team by delivering high‑quality maintenance, repairs, and general upkeep across prime and super‑prime residential properties, providing an exceptional standard of service to discerning clients and estate teams.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Carrying out general maintenance repairs such as basic plumbing, carpentry, decorating, furniture repairs and minor electrical fixes
  • Maintaining the overall presentation of properties, fixing wear and tear, touching up finishes and keeping fixtures and fittings immaculate
  • Support seasonal maintenance routines such as exterior upkeep and small landscaping tasks
  • Assist with snagging and finishing works during refurbishments or handovers
  • Liaising with Property Managers, estate teams, clients and specialist subcontractors professionally and respectfully
  • Ensuring all tasks are carried out to an exceptionally high standard and that all works comply with relevant safety standards and internal procedures
  • Supporting the wider Property Care team as and when required
About You

To be considered for the role of Handyman you will need to demonstrate:

  • Strong experience as a handyman, multiskilled operative or fabric technician, preferably within a luxury residential setting
  • Practical skills across basic plumbing, carpentry, decorating and general repairs
  • Excellent attention to detail and a proactive approach to maintenance issues
  • Ability to work professionally and discreetly within occupied homes
  • Good communication skills and confidence engaging with property managers and clients
  • A calm and adaptable nature with the ability to prioritise and manage tasks efficiently
  • Full UK driving licence and access to a car is desirable
