Job summary

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a guest-facing role.
  • Previous supervisory or management experience is essential.
  • Experience in the hospitality industry is preferred.

  • Handle and resolve guest complaints effectively.
  • Provide leadership and motivate the Front Office team.
