The ideal candidate will have over 15 years of experience dealing with Japanese multi-nationals, solid understanding of loan and cash management, and be bilingual in Japanese and English. This role requires a strong customer-oriented mindset and the ability to work in a multicultural environment. A degree in Business is essential, as well as the willingness to travel to various European countries.

Qualifications

The candidate needs to coordinate with Global Bankers based in Japan, as well as other product partners, credit and RMs in Europe.**Key Responsibilities*** Develop new relationships/ expand business with Japanese companies operating in Europe, by coordinating with global bankers in Japan.* Communicate with Japanese / Local managers / decision makers of the companies and sell BBVA products in Europe.* Work closely with Global Banker’s team in Japan.* Execution of a Loan / Trade / Cash related products, by coordinating with credit, support team, legal & compliance and operation.**Qualification & Experience*** Degree holder in Business.* Over 15 years relevant experience of dealing with Japanese multi-national corporations.* Solid knowledge of loan / trade structuring and cash management.* Experience in Japanese mega banks or / and other major international bank.**Other Requirements*** Native or equivalent in written and spoken Japanese.
