Westland Horticulture is seeking a Graphic Designer to join our creative & marketing teams. You will be responsible for producing high-quality artwork for catalogues, printed marketing materials (OTP), and digital assets, supporting our trusted gardening brand.

This fast-paced role requires collaboration with designers, buyers, product managers, and marketers to ensure all outputs are accurate, visually engaging, and brand-consistent. You will help bring the Westland brand to life across multiple channels, maintaining creativity, technical excellence, and brand integrity at every touchpoint.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare artwork layouts for seasonal and annual garden catalogues.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create accurate, on‑brand catalogue pages.
  • Manage large volumes of product imagery, ensuring correct retouching, cropping, formatting, and alignment with product specifications.
  • Build and maintain master templates and page grids for design consistency.
  • Ensure all catalogue artwork meets print specifications (colour profiles, margins, bleed, resolution).
  • Liaise with printers and deliver production‑ready artwork under tight deadlines.
Skills & Experience
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud: InDesign (essential), Photoshop, Illustrator.
  • Strong capability in preparing artwork for both print and digital platforms.
  • Understanding of print production, CMYK/RGB colour management, bleed, trim, and pre‑press standards.
  • Experience managing large volumes of product imagery and structured content.
  • Confident using templates, grids, master pages, and style sheets in a structured workflow.
Experience
  • 2–5 years in a Graphic Designer, Catalogue Designer, or Magazine Designer role.
  • Experience producing catalogues or multi‑page publications preferred.
  • Experience in retail or product‑led environments, ideally in gardening, lifestyle, or FMCG sectors.
  • Comfortable meeting tight deadlines during seasonal peaks.
