Responsibilities
  • Support the sales team with day‑to‑day workload and general administrative duties – presentations, quotes, expenses, CRM, reports, etc.
  • Assist the Business Development team with day‑to‑day activities as required.
  • Travel with the Business Development team to support customer meetings, exhibitions, open days, and trade shows.
  • Keep the CRM system up to date, accurate and timely. Co‑manage the BDM/Customer Care & TPS team in their execution of these tasks.
  • Prepare monthly reports outlining progress against sales success metrics and KPIs.
  • Provide data and reports to assist the sales team.
  • Coordinate and follow up on new leads and generate new sales leads in an effective and structured manner using provided resources.
  • Detail pricing and delivery information with customers and liaise with sales order processing staff to ensure that all orders are promptly received and handled.
  • Adhere to the Company Health and Safety Policy.
  • Perform any other duties within reason and capability associated with this role.
