As part of the Graduate Programme, successful candidates will gain hands-on experience with real projects, from CAD modeling to collaboration across functions. As a Graduate Design Engineer, you will join the Design Office and contribute to the development of components and assemblies for our Formula 1® race car. You will work on real projects from day one, progressing from guided tasks to independent ownership as your skills develop.
Our Graduate Programme is designed to accelerate your professional and technical development. You will gain exposure to high‑performance motorsport engineering and receive structured support from experienced colleagues.
