Job summary

A leading manufacturer in Bicester is seeking a Customer Support Representative to manage customer inquiries and orders. This role requires at least 2 years of experience in a customer-facing position and knowledge of SAP. Ideal candidates will possess strong technical understanding, organizational skills, and a proactive attitude. This is a fixed-term position for approximately 12 months to cover maternity leave.

Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of experience in a customer-facing support role or sales position.
  • Working experience in an international company, preferably in industrial manufacturing.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the main interface to the customer, processing quotes, enquiries, and orders.
  • Collaborate with different departments to handle customer enquiries.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date files for business documents.
