Job summary

A leading civil engineering firm in Belfast is seeking an experienced Recruitment Manager to lead and execute their recruitment strategy. You will manage the end-to-end recruitment process, enhance employer branding, and ensure compliance with employment laws. Qualifications

  • Demonstrative experience of managing specialist recruitment globally.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple roles and priorities.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver an effective recruitment strategy.
  • Manage workforce planning with Directors.
  • Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes.
  • Partner with hiring managers to create accurate job profiles.
  • Provide training on recruitment best practices.
  • Manage applicant tracking systems.
  • Develop talent pipelines for hard-to-fill roles.
  • Enhance employer branding through campaigns.
  • Manage relationships with external sources.
  • Ensure compliance with employment law and GDPR.
  • Promote DEI within hiring processes.
  • Track recruitment metrics and prepare reports.

Skills

Proven experience in a Recruitment Manager or Senior Recruitment Role
Experience developing recruitment strategies
Strong knowledge of UK employment law
Excellent stakeholder management skills
Effective communication and negotiation skills
Ability to analyse data
Highly organised
Commitment to DEI

Education

CIPD Qualification (Level 5 or above)
