Responsibilities

• Define and refine the Microelectronics portfolio strategy based on customer needs, competitor analysis, and market trends
• Prioritize competitive products in collaboration with Product Management teams and the Microelectronics organization
• Align portfolio with global growth targets and innovation roadmap
• Consolidate market insights and customer feedback into portfolio development plans
• Support Sales and Marketing in communicating portfolio value to customers
• Ensure portfolio decisions are embedded across the organization
• Collaborate with R&D, Operations, and key departments to deliver strategic initiatives
• Track portfolio performance (growth, margin, and competitiveness e.g.)
• Identify gaps, risks, and opportunities to initiate corrective actions

About You

• A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or similar
• Profound experiences in the microelectronics industry are key
• 10+ years’ experience in portfolio and/or product management, ideally in a B2B or engineering environment
• Strong knowledge of market segmentation, product lifecycle, and strategic portfolio development
• Skilled in navigating matrixed, multicultural environments
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into customer value
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and collaborate effectively
• Strategic thinker with strong decision-making and commercial acumen
