Qualifications

• Experience coaching within an Academy or youth football environment.
• First Aid and Safeguarding certifications.

Responsibilities

• Deliver up to 20 hours of on-pitch coaching per week across assigned age groups.
• Plan, deliver, and evaluate sessions aligned with the Russell Martin Academy philosophy.
• Support players' technical, tactical, physical, and psychological development.
