Hidden Society: The 2026 Vision is coming to Fitzrovia. We’re opening a new cocktail bar rooted in quality, intention, and considered hospitality. This is a venue designed for people who care deeply about craft, standards, and how guests feel when they sit at the bar.

You are the "Captain" of the Ship. You are the face of the bar, the business owner, and the primary motivator of our Society. You don't just manage a site; you lead a culture. You are responsible for ensuring that our "WHY" to quiet the noise of the city is felt in every corner of the business.

What You’ll Be Responsible For
The Visionary & The Face
  • Acting as the "Business Owner," taking full accountability for the brand’s reputation and commercial health.
  • Being the primary "Host" of the Society, ensuring the atmosphere is a living embodiment of our sanctuary.
  • Protecting the "Why": Ensuring every decision made aligns with our mission of "Intellectual Warmth."
People & Culture
  • Recruiting, developing, and retaining a team aligned with quality-led hospitality
  • Coaching and leading a specialized management trio (Bar Manager "Sensei" and Head Bartender "Artist"), to lead with clarity, empathy, and accountability
  • Building a culture where standards are upheld through pride, not pressure
  • Keeping the team inspired and fostering a culture of professional pride

Standards & Experience
  • Maintaining exceptional standards across service, drinks, cleanliness, atmosphere, and presentation
  • Protecting the guest journey from arrival to farewell, ensuring it feels seamless and considered
  • Working closely with the bar leadership to ensure menu execution meets creative and technical expectations
Commercial & Operational Ownership
  • Strategic & Commercial Ownership
  • Driving the financial success of the venue through strategic planning, marketing, and impeccable cost control.
  • Ensuring the "backbone" of the business—compliance, P&L, and safety— is as flawless as the drinks we serve.
  • Balancing commercial growth with the "Quality over Quantity" ethos
Creative Collaboration
  • Overseeing the entire guest experience, ensuring the transition from the "Public Chaos" of the city to Hidden Society is seamless.
  • Working with the management and the rest of the team to master the atmosphere and guest connection.
  • Acting as a key collaborator in the ongoing evolution of the brand
  • Menu development, training standards, and service "rituals" and ensuring that creativity always serves clarity to the guest experience
