Multi-Skilled Heating & Water Systems Engineer
Location: North West London Mobile Coverage Across Greater London
Compensation: £35,000 £43,000 per annum + Vehicle + Incentives

We're looking for an experienced professional to deliver mechanical system services across a range of private and business premises.

£35,000 £43,000 salary range (depending on experience)

You'll be responsible for responding to routine and urgent works, focused on heating and water system functionality, upgrades, and safety checks. A strong understanding of both domestic and small-scale commercial systems is essential.
Key Areas:
Diagnose and rectify issues with plumbing and gas-fed systems
Execute installs, remedials, and general servicing
Offer clear advice and guidance to end users onsite
Organise materials and follow relevant compliance protocols
Occasionally cover reactive works and participate in a monthly on-call rota
Strong track record in heating and plumbing roles (5+ years preferred)
Gas safety registered (CCN1)
Full UK licence
Own basic tools and good working knowledge of powered equipment
Comfortable across both residential and commercial settings
Additional industry certifications such as CSCS and City & Guilds (ideal but not essential)
Clear communicator with a friendly and helpful manner
