Job Description

As a Games Manager, you will be responsible for managing the end to end processes of slots & table games in specific markets, while managing relationships with the relevant game suppliers. You will work closely with our global gaming content team, local commercial teams, and suppliers to implement effective content strategies that resonate with our target audience. Reporting to the Global Head of Games, you will be part of the gaming product team, who deliver engaging and innovative games content tailored to local tastes and preferences.

What You Will Do

• Localized Content Strategy Development - Work in partnership with the Global Head of RNG Games to develop and execute a localized content strategy that aligns with global objectives while catering to the specific needs and preferences of the market.
• Content Roadmap Management - Coordinate with the RNG Operations Manager and the Delivery team to ensure smooth execution of the localized content roadmap, emphasizing timely delivery and market‑specific optimization.
• Operational Excellence in Local Market - Implement operational processes tailored to optimize product performance in the specific market, considering local regulations, player preferences, and market trends.
• Supplier Relationship and Content Development - Establish and nurture strong relationships with game providers to source the best content available, focusing on exclusive partnerships and premium offerings that appeal to the local market.
• Cross‑Functional Collaboration for Market Success - Build and maintain effective relationships with internal teams, including Marketing, Commercial, and In‑House Games, to ensure a unified approach to product launches and promotional activities.
• Market Insight and Competitive Analysis - Stay informed about local industry trends, player preferences, and regulatory changes to continuously refine and enhance the RNG content strategy.
• Performance Monitoring and Regulatory Compliance - Monitor the performance of RNG games, utilizing data to drive improvements and adapt strategies for market success.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in casino (slots & table games) management, with a strong understanding of various market’s gaming industries, including player preferences and regulatory environment.
• Excellent strategic thinking and the ability to implement localized content strategies that align with global objectives.
• Strong project management and operational optimisation skills.
• Effective communication and relationship‑building abilities, capable of working collaboratively with both internal teams and external partners.
• A keen eye for market trends and the ability to translate insights into actionable content strategies.
