Position Summary

The Flex is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Graduate to join our Future Leaders Programme in London. You will work closely with one of the Founders and become key in learning the ins and outs of managing a property business on the ground, supporting early on across all vectors from maintenance to operations and process-engineering.

This role is not for the faint-hearted and requires unbound levels of grit, ambition, and hardiness to succeed. You will have to learn how to wear many hats and build a deep practical knowledge of each vector by working at the entry level in many areas to understand the business from the bottom up.

Areas Of Responsibility Include

• Building and Launching New Processes and Automations
• Landlord Account Management
• Cost Control
• Onboarding
• Warehouse Logistics
• Maintenance and Ground Operations

Tasks will vary day-to-day from physical activities to complex technical problems. Over time, you will build the skills required to lead a department.
